before you decide which package you want, it’s our priority to make sure we will be the right fit for you. Our free coaching consultation will be used to gather some information prior to commencing with us (injury history, goals, schedule, lifestyle etc.).

3. Choose a coaching package

We want our service to match your level of commitment, your affordability and the guidance and support that you will need from us as coaches. Although this may seem excessive we have found that if you are more invested in the coaching process you will get far more out of the service and your development will foster as a result. So although the cheapest option may seem like the right fit, you’d be surprised where a little investment in your health and performance can get you.

Once you’ve filled in an application form, booked your consultation and given thought to which package would be right for you, you will be taken through our coaching systems (The app, how we provide feedback, expectations from the coach and you). Then we can hit the ground running and welcome you to the team

5. Join our community

As part of the coaching service we provide all of our clients and athletes access to our discord community server. This is free to all of our athletes and we encourage you to meet and talk to your fellow stoic strength members, We have a big and welcome community and this is at the heart of what we do. We host regular competitions, meet-ups, and training camps and also discuss more in-depth areas around training, stoicism, nutrition etc

  • Stoic Strength Systems is not just a coaching service, but rather a philosophy that emphasizes personal accountability, self-improvement, and mindfulness. Unlike other coaching services which may focus on external factors or rely on motivational tactics, Stoic Strength encourages individuals to focus on aspects that are within their control and to approach obstacles with a rational outlook.     We also have a team of expert coaches who have been working with athletes for a combined total of 15 years. We partner with clinicians and other practitioners so you don’t just get programming, you get the lot. Coaching, feedback, a community, access to nutritionists, physios, psychologists and more.

  • Absolutley not! But by definition anyone that we coach we call an athlete as by definition an athlete is a person who is proficient in sports and other forms of physical exercise. We offer our services to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness and well-being, regardless of their athletic background or experience.

    Each coach we have on the team does specialize in certain areas, however we all train family members, friends and world-class athletes all using the same system that is adapted to you!

  • Remote coaching aka online personal training utilises a combination of professional coaches, motivated clients and technology to deliver you results that last a lifetime. We thoroughly assess each client’s needs through consultation and physical assessments, no matter where you are in the world.

    Once we have collated the information we design a bespoke program tailored to your current ability, and deliver it through our mobile application Truecoach. This application allows you to track your progress, upload videos and questions, and even communicate with your coach. Throughout this process, the program is constantly being revised to ensure that your goals are kept in mind.

  • We’ll provide clear instructions, including written cues and explanations of exercises. Video demonstrations of exercises, emphasizing correct form and execution. You will record your workouts and submit videos for us to review, providing feedback and corrections. we also offer Real-time video calls to guide athletes through workouts, correcting form as needed. Lastly, we’ll prescribe progressive exercises that gradually build skills and strength, ensuring our athletes can safely advance.

  • Every activity prescribed by your coach has been carefully selected to meet at your current ability level, they are designed to provide you with an effective challenge whilst keeping you safe and helping you learn new movements without even knowing it.

    Each exercise prescription comes with a demo video attached to it so that you can see how to do the movement if you are ever in doubt. You can also upload a video of yourself should you want some coaching and analysis.

  • Our coaching service is designed to be accessible to everyone, which is why we intentionally keep our pricing lower than our competitors. This allows us to remove barriers to entry and offer our services to as many people as possible. With 4 different packages to choose from, our clients have the flexibility to invest in their future and improve their athletic performance.
