Meet the Coaches
Connor is the head coach and founder of stoic strength systems. Having started coaching in 2015 he has been on a long and exciting journey to hone his craft which ultimately led him to create Stoic Strength Systems in 2021.
Connor Campbell
Experience
Since 2015 Connor has gone from the Head of S&C at the prestigious Kings College London coaching to working with Tottenham Women's Academy and working in a world-renowned sports medicine clinic in central London. in 2022 Connor had the opportunity to represent the Irish Luge Federation at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, working as an S&C coach to the first Irish luge athlete in history. since starting Stoic Strength in 2021 he has worked with multiple Olympians, international athletes, professional footballers, and many other talented everyday athletes on a regular basis.

Having joined stoic strength systems in 2022 George has been vital in continuing the success of our coaching service. George works with a variety of individuals from netball to rugby and has just started on his journey of coaching Olympic weightlifting.

Experience
Having a background in working with sports such as Netball and Rugby, I take what I learn with my athletes and apply them to the goals you would like to achieve. I've been working with clients in individual and group settings for 5 years and believe in constantly educating myself to make sure I'm delivering the best practice to you. having worked with the likes of the Professional rugby team London Scottish and Saints Netball Club.

OSKAR Joined the stoic strength team IN 2023, bringing A WEALTH OF PLAYING EXPERIENCE PRIMARILY WITHIN THE REALM OF VOLLEYBALL BUT IS ALSO EXPERIENCED IN BASKETBALL, FOOTBALL AND HANDBALL.
Oskar Lynard
Experience
Having a background primarily in volleyball, as well as basketball, football and handball, Oskar has been training for many years, to optimize his own strength, performance and physique. Over these years he has gained extensive and in-depth knowledge about the various pillars underlying strength and conditioning, including training, nutrition and recovery. He is now in the midst of completing various accredited programs to professionalize this knowledge, and he looks forward to using his knowledge to help people build improved habits and achieve their goals.

Benjamin IS OUR NEWEST ADDITION TO THE STOIC STRENGTH TEAM. JOINING IN 2024 HE BRINGS A WEALTH OF sporting experience PRIMARILY WITHIN THE REALM OF weightlifting, rowing, and cycling. Having tutelage under Connor himself he is now a fully-fledged coach with us.
Benjamin Johnson
Experience
Having a competitive background in rowing, cycling, and now Olympic weightlifting, Ben has been coaching athletes in the gym environment since 2019. Due to his passion for the sport, he has recently decided to pursue a career in coaching Olympic weightlifting alongside his job as a doctor in London. Over his years of experience, Ben has gained in-depth knowledge of the principles underlying strength and conditioning; drawing on his medical knowledge to hone these skills. He enjoys keeping updated on the most recent research surrounding sports and exercise and looks forward to helping people achieve their physical goals alongside developing a resilient and healthy mindset.
